Tell me if this sounds like you...

You have a great career and love what you do

You aren't making as much money as you want

You wish you had a better title

You're not alone. Most of us feel underpaid or undervalued.

What would it be like for you to earn what you’re worth?

Maybe you’d have a closet full of designer clothes that make you look like you could step out onto the runway.

Maybe you’d take a luxurious vacation to a tropical isle, where you didn’t have to lift a finger.

Maybe you’d watch your stock portfolio grow by leaps and bounds, patting yourself on the back for your expert investing.

Maybe you’d start a foundation to help ease the burdens of the world.

That picture CAN come true

Hi, I’m Gretchen Duhaime.

In my corporate career, I earned promotions quickly.

And you know what happened? I was underpaid as a result.

After my first promotion (with a 20% raise), the company hired a compensation consultant who recommended my salary be increased another 33% plus a 25% bonus! I ended up making more than double my previous position.

Most of us would never dare to negotiate a 100%+ pay increase. It feels ludicrous. But sometimes, that’s what you’re worth – and what the company would have to pay most anyone else.

I want to help you ask for what you should be earning.

Through corporate training, a law degree, and thousands and thousands of hours in personal growth courses, I pieced together what I call the “Way to Wealth.”

Your Way to Wealth is personal to you. Once you know YOUR way, you’ll know how to negotiate straight to the top.
